Choc & Cheese specialise in Chocolate and Cheese based desserts so I’ll happily make any of the products you see throughout my site, things like chocolate cakes, cheesecakes and tarts are a go. if you’re looking for fruit cakes, vanilla sponges and things like that then I’m not your guy unfortunately.

I have never, and will never claim to be the best cake decorator in the world so I like to stick to what I know I can do, that way I know I can produce what I’ve agreed to and the customer will be delighted with the results. If you are looking for some big huge elaborately decorated wedding cake then that’s beyond my skill set.

However if you are looking for an amazing cake that is focused on taste and is decorated more simply than extravagantly then please do give me a shout.

I’m happy to play around with the idea of doing individual desserts, things in buffet style and coming up with new flavours.
