Brownies

When it comes to Choc & Cheese brownies you’ll be hard pushed to find anything tastier on the market (or so I’ve been told by my customers).

I make all sorts of brownies, including Choc & Cheese’s signature brownie bites, bronuts, brownie slabs and even whole trays.

Brownie Bites are little bite size brownies that are great if you would like a selection of different brownies.

Bronuts are the latest addition to my brownie range and are the same great Choc & Cheese brownie but baked in a doughnut mould. This means that you get the great fudgy-ness of a brownie but also get the nice crunchy bit that you get on the outside of a tray baked brownie but miss out on if you get a bit from the middle.

Slabs are a bigger portion of our brownies, great for true brownie lovers or for sharing with a friend or loved one in front of the TV.

I’m constantly mixing up the type of brownies I’m making to take to markets and events and all are available for you to order, as they can easily be delivered (if local), collected or shipped within the uk.

All of my banging brownies are lovingly handmade in my East Yorkshire kitchen using quality ingredients including selected and traceable 100% sustainable whole bean roasted Belgian chocolate and locally sourced eggs.

Available in a range of awesome flavours including the award winning triple chocolate, Oreo, Biscoff, Peanut butter, chocolate orange and more. I can also offer all types of my brownies as Non Gluten Containing.

The Milk Man

A dark chocolate fudge cake so good that your mum might run away with it!

Made with the same quality chocolate and locally sourced eggs as my brownies, this indulgent cake is hard to beat and is something any chocolate lover will want to shove in their pie hole.

Named by my fun loving customers this was the first of the Choc & Cheese products to be given a name after I got bored with the norm and decided to mix it up a bit.

Available at markets and events (when I bake it, there’s no guarantee) by the slice or available to order for delivery (if local) collection or shipped as a whole 10” (serves 16) or 8” (serves 10-12) depending on how quickly you want to go into a chocolate induced coma. This can also be made Non Gluten Containing.

The Post Man

If your mum doesn’t run off with the Milk Man don’t think your safe. There is just as much chance that she’ll run away with the Postman!

The same amazing fudge cake base as the Milk Man but with the addition of Freeze Dried Raspberries. It is then sandwiched with and covered in a white chocolate and raspberry ganache.

Gone To Get Milk

Don’t go thinking that your dad won’t dessert you, one day he may just pop out to get milk!

This delicious fudge cake seems to be a favourite with the blokes (although I don’t judge … anyone can buy it). Once again this showcases my more-ish fudge cake but this time it is sandwiched with a layer of caramel before being covered with a milk chocolate ganache.

Chocolate Cake

A lighter and fluffier chocolate cake than my fudge cakes, this is often one that I get asked to make for birthday cakes. It’s covered in a dark chocolate ganache or a buttercream frosting depending on my mood or the customer request and can be made really fancy for special occasions.

This cake doesn’t often pop up at markets and events but is available for delivery (if local), collection or shipped in 10” (serves 16) or 8” (serves 10-12) or can be tiered for occasion cakes. Can also be made Non Gluten Containing.

Pressed Italian Chocolate Cake

Just like Mamma used to make! Well not really, I can almost guarantee that your mum hasn’t made a cake like this, it’s a delicious rich chocolate cake that has a texture like no other.

Made so that it Souffles during cooking and then pressed during cooling … it’s a bit spongy, a bit moosey, a bit gooey and completely irresistible.
