Thank you for your purchase, we hope you/the receiver are happy with your purchase. At Choc and Cheese we have done everything in our power to ensure that your purchase is collected/delivered in good condition and as per order. 

However, we do understand that sometimes things go wrong and want to ensure that if this happens to you that we rectify this as quickly as possible and ensure that all our customers are happy.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Collection in Person or Delivery by Choc & Cheese – As Items are being collected by/delivered to the purchaser direct from Choc & Cheese then items are to be checked at point of handover and acceptance of the product is acceptance of the order and no refunds will be offered once products have been accepted.

Shipped Items – I do everything possible to ensure that shipped items arrive to you in great shape. However as a courier is being used, part of this process is out of my hands. If there is any problems with your product when it arrives please take photographic evidence and contact me via – support@chocandcheeseyorkshire.co.uk

Each delivery will be assessed individually and dealt with accordingly to ensure a fair outcome for all.
